Text Messaging Terms
How our text messages work, how to stop them, and our promise that your mobile number and consent are never shared or sold for marketing.
01The program
These terms apply to text messages and WhatsApp messages sent to or from DHM Export (Dark Horse Machinery), run by EXL Business Consulting LLC. Text messages come from 786-946-9696. WhatsApp messages come from 786-302-8953.
- Program
- DHM Export customer care and machine request messages: answers to your questions, search updates, machine options, inspection reports, quotes, purchase updates, delivery scheduling and export hand-off updates.
- How you agree
- You agree to receive texts by checking the optional text message box on our machine request form, by telling us yes on a phone call, by email, on WhatsApp or in person, or by texting us first. We record when and how you agreed.
- Not required
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. The checkbox on our form is optional and is never checked for you.
- How often
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more texts unless you agree again. You can also opt out by telling us any other reasonable way.
- Help
- Reply HELP for help, call 786-946-9696, or email gustavo.l@dhmexport.com.
- Carriers
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket and others. Carrier support may change.
02Your number and your consent stay with us
Mobile numbers and text message opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in information and consent records are not shared with any third parties. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
03The wording on our form
This is the exact optional checkbox wording on our machine request form. It starts unchecked.
Optional: I agree to receive text messages and WhatsApp messages from DHM Export (Dark Horse Machinery) about my machine request at the phone number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. 04Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. See also our Terms of Use.
